My name is Adrienne.  I grew up in Sun Valley Idaho.  After attending Boise State I moved to Washington in 2001.  I never thought about pets, generally speaking, until moving to the Seattle area where I noticed how much people here loved their pets and how happy everyone was.  After adopting my own dog, I became very curious about the veterinary field and I thought it would be cool to work at a veterinarian hospital.  After receiving my veterinary assistant certification, I soon started working at an animal emergency and decided that setting was not for me.  I started at a small animal hospital in 2007, where my responsibilities included assisting the Veterinarian with appointments and surgical procedures. I have truly enjoyed my time there, and met many furry friends along the way.  After 10 years I've decided to transition to something a little less stressful.  In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my family.
